About me
Dr. Newman works full time in outpatient child and family psychiatry at Mind Matters PC, where he is also a managing partner of the practice. Dr. Newman is board certified in Adult, Child & Adolescent, and Forensic Psychiatry. He supervises forensic psychiatric fellows and teaches at OHSU, and he is the chair of the juvenile panel of the Oregon Psychiatric Security Review Board. He presents on topics like suicide prevention and legal issues in clinical practice to a variety of audiences.
