About me
Dr. Ricker graduated from University of Arizona College of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Oregon Health and Science University where she served as Chief Resident and also competed the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Before returning to Arizona in 2014, she worked as core faculty at the Providence Oregon Family Medicine Residency. She served as Associate Program Director for the University of Arizona Family Medicine Residency until 2017. Dr. Ricker is a Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine and the Director for the Integrative Medicine in Residency Program at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. She collaborated on the development of a national Physician Wellbeing Module and her academic focus is in physician resiliency and burnout prevention.
